#File Upload Button Missing in Android

Just got the new UI on Android, version .312.

I'm missing the File Upload button. There are only 2 buttons, camera and images.

Is anyone else missing the 3rd button on android?

This could be caused by a failure to load feature configurations. Are you using any sort of custom DNS, privacy VPN service, or similar?
