I have yet to be able to reproduce this, even on my windows machine. would you be able to try in a different browser, and/or disable all your extensions. We changed the UI a lot so some bad extensions might be breaking things.

Might want to do a call to share screen. It is still actively doing it and can reproduce 100% of the time. If it is happening for a few of us here, then it is happening to others who are not here. I am in a meeting at the moment until 330EST with a gov client over some ml jobs, and alerting on the anomalies. Free later in the day if you are for a quick show and tell.
