I'm a subscribed user and I'm unable to use ChatGPT on web. Whenever I open chat.openai.com, it first ask me to do a real man authentication using cloudfare, then I'm able to enter the chatGPT page. However, it shows "Unable to load history" on the history bar. And ChatGPT is unable to respond to any of my input. It keep saying "Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com."

I understand you're experiencing issues accessing ChatGPT, with the history not loading and ChatGPT not responding to inputs. Let's troubleshoot this step by step.
Could you please confirm the browser and operating system you are using? This will help us to provide more specific advice.
I am using windows and it doesn't work on Google Chrome or Micrososft edge.

What is weird is that this occurs only on my PC, but NOT on my laptop. It works fine on the laptop for some reason. With the same account.
This is my console if it helps.
Can u use it now? It seems that there is something wrong with it
I met the same issue
No I can't.
Only on my laptop, but not on my PC.
I tried multiple suggested "fixes", but nothing worked...

For me it was the other way around haha
still getting all the hanging errors from interpreter from stacking the 3 together
its not a cohesive system. it seems like its passing to part of the process pipeline based on keywords. on a process that clearly called for internet research it did not try to do it as well as noting to myself that it was not able to read information from data online, to which a response from myself of, "just brose the internet" it then used the browse. the cohesive functionality isnt in place or isnt right. the layers just dont play right
