Trouble with publishing and builder profiles for new GPTs

Bug Report:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a GPT, then create 2 more
2. Verify domain, use as builder profile to publish one Public
3. For the other two, verify a second different domain
4. Publish those two private for now (with link to share)
5. Try to publish those 2, button is disabled

Expected result:

Publish button available to change from private/link to public when ready, especially since the verified domain is there and showing up

Actual result:

Public publish button is disabled, with incorrect error message saying I still need a verified builder profile set up (wrong since I have 2)
Also it changed the builder profile verified domain of my first Public one from it's original (repro step 2) to the other one (repro step 3) which I don't want to do.

It's also acting up now for my Public (see Published status in top-left), won't let me save new changes as Publish with same error:
