Same here! It's especially frustrating when you're paying for expensive monthly subscriptions. I'm seriously considering canceling my plus plan.

I just joined Plus and none of my prompts have gone through. I cleared cache/cookies, tried different networks, not a VPN, everything.

its because theres a LOT of people using it right now, im sure it'll pass. it did the same for me this morning but now it works perfectly fine

Although the paying plan promises always-available chat, it doesn't seem to deliver. So why advertise it as one of the pros of a plus plan? 😡

I figured out my issue-it works on Firefox but not chrome, chrome has stuff disabling it. Perhaps that could be the case for others too
