New chats can't use ADA, and the "Data Analysis" GPT does not respond

Bug Report:

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Just create a new chat with the ChatGPT 4 Option

Expected result:

ChatGPT being able to use browser and code interpreter in new chats

Actual result:

ChatGPT can't use browser or code interpreter in new chats

Additional information

Browser: Tested on Google Chrome and Brave
OS: Windows 10
