Im a ChatGPT plus user, and in the lastest version of ChatGPT. My ChatGPT plus can not access to bing, even create picture in all tools mode

I am having a similar probleme where I always have to argue with ChatGPT for him to browse... I already got him to browse to get him to allegedly find online that he can not browse when I was asking him to find that he can indeed browse...
