#Cannot upload in new interface: GPT Data Analysis nor Plugins

I am using ChatGPT > Explore > Data Analysis. Upload button does not appear + when dragging file, it does not work. Can't use it.
Also, using the Plugins (eg Foxit PDF Assistant) same issue: upload button doesnt appear, nor can drag file
