It could be, there have been some new subs lately who have reported Plus features not "sticking" right away. It seems to resolve itself. There are some more posts here in #1070006915414900886

I hope it is the case for me, additionally I sometimes log in and the gpt4 feature is locked so maybe it is an actual thing going on right now lol

I experienced this today and the chat returned itself back to GPT-4 after a while

The only thing different I noticed was the following: I got the error on the web version. iOS version kept saying it was on version 4.
