Bug Report:

Steps to reproduce:

Open ChatGPT with the plugins feature on Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome browser.
Attempt to load any plugin from the interface. The interface sometimes remains stuck on the loading screen, is blank, or shows plugins without being able to select or deselect them.
Expected result:
Plugins should load successfully and be usable after selection.

Actual result:
The chat interface shows a persistent loading indicator when attempting to load plugins, but no plugins or text loads. There is no error message displayed, and other functionalities such as web browsing and the standard ChatGPT conversation work without issues.

Additional information:

Browser: Microsoft Edge , tried Google Chrome too, VPN disabled, ublock origin disabled
OS: Windows 10
Additional Note: The issue persists on an iPhone using Safari. The problem seems to be with the plugins feature specifically across different devices and browsers.
