ChatGPT doesn't send messages on the browser version, so basiclly when I type something on a new chat or a previous chat and when I hit enter or the send button nothing happens... no errors no feedback on what the issue might be... just nothing... i tried doing so on different browsers even with VPN on, and the same issue occur, but it works just fine on the andoid app...

Do you have a banner at the top of your screen asking if you want to try an alpha version of ChatGPT in another language? If so, try closing it and trying again.
nope, its just "Default (GPT-3.5)"
this what it looks like
already sent a bug report to openAI btw
What browser(s) have you tried in so far? Do you have any browser extensions that might be affecting ChatGPT?
i tried it on edge, chrome, firefox, operaGX. I did clear the cache on each of them tho. the only browser that have extensions on is edge
it work on the android app tho

Do you have a VPN installed on the computer?
I've noticed that every time I type a new message without sending it the number on this error message (inspect elements) increases by 1
yes i do but its currently disabled
Does your VPN have a separate "Web Protection" feature, or something similar? If so, can you try disabling this separately from just disabling the VPN itself?
Im using proton VPN, it doesn't have such feature/s but i forced closed the app anyways, it did resolve nothing unfortunately
the same thing happens on my phone's browser btw
could be an "account" issue?
Do you have ProtonVPN on both devices? It looks like Proton does have a feature called "NetShield" and I'm wondering if that is comparable to Web Protection. Can you try disabling that if it's not also disabled? I understand that you force closed the app, but VPN services/processes can still sometimes run in the background.
So to summarize: maybe try disabling VPN, and also disabling NetShield?
