I an continuously receiving the error message in the attached image. I have spoken to the help centre multiple times over the last. weeks and tried everything they have asked for. Nothing has worked.

I have tried:

  • VPN on and off
  • Clearing cache and cookies
  • Tried multiple dfferent browsers
  • Tried multiple different emails to create accounts

I'm just suggesting things that have helped others resolve this issue before, and also I'm just some dude 😎 so your computer security questions, I'll leave to you!

That's too bad that it didn't work, if you want to keep trying, we might want to troubleshoot whether this is happening to all devices on your network, or just this one. Can you open chat.openai.com on another device on the same network? Do you observe the same behavior?
