Hi everyone,
I recently deleted my OpenAI account: I wanted to recreate the account later with the same e-mail, but wanted everything to be tied to different information (ie. name, billing address etc.). To be clear, I'm completely fine with the data from the previous account being lost -- I'd just like to create an account using that specific email, since it's a company email.

Since, I've been unable to recreate the account with that specific email. I've been instructed to contact OpenAI through the helpdesk, but the webpage help.openai.com is unresponsive for me. Is there any way for me to resolve this promptly?
