Forgive my ignorance, but I cannot figure out how to get ChatGPT to use Dall-E 3 to generate images? If I ask it to do so in the ChatGPT4 interface, I get a message that I cannot create images. If I use labs.openai.com, the results are really terrible, nowhere near what I am getting using Bing Image Create.
Where do I go to access Dall-E 3 using ChatGPT? (I've paid for ChatGPT+)

At your new chat screen, open up the dropdown menu under GPT-4 in the model selector, then select DALLE 3 at the bottom!

Hi, I've ticked the DALL-E 3 drop down, but nothing happened. Apologies for what is probably very simple
