I am experiencing extreme delays of OpenAI's API for gpt-3.5 and gpt-4? The delay in the answers have gone up from 8-15 seconds to 60 seconds + in the last few days. Is anyone looking into it? Thanks

Im from peru, i have try just curl to check if its my code

The curl was just as slow, when I curl without streams

With streams is a little bit faster, but still very slow
