I use both the IOS and Web version with the same account. IOS works fine and Web doesn't even send the requests to the backend. I monitor dev tools and it just doesn't work. I send the message, the input gets cleared but nothing happens.
I've did the following:
- Cleared all cookies, cache and local storage
- Tried start the conversation on mobile and pick up on web
But nothing works. Web version is not working at all.
