Since some days I get a puzzle for human proof before each question:
I use the same browser (but not the same version) with the same configuration (addons) since months. I have never had this issue. But now since some days I have it. Maybe an update is the culprit?
I have no VPN. But I have a lot of extensions. But I had already the same amount of extensions since months.

You've also tried Chrome without any browser extensions right? Have you tried in an incognito window of Firefox or Chrome, with all web extensions disabled? May as well just try disabling all of them anyway, you can always just turn them back on!

How can I go into incognito?

I have not Chrome. But I could try in Vivaldi.
I am in Linux.

So I unactivate VPN again.
I will try unactivate my firewall.
It's the same.
So I activate the Firewall again. Very strange.

Hooray! I'm glad you got it working.
As for what caused it: it's hard to say. Bad actor traffic is difficult to distinguish from normal user traffic sometimes, and using Linux might just be a thing that makes your traffic look more like bad actor traffic, especially since you also use a VPN.
Nothing you've done wrong at all, and I hope you don't have to deal with this for long!

Haha... Not to inactivate addons is the solution, but to install an additional Addon.
Please note: I use no VPN. But I have temporary activated a VPN, to see, if this would solve the problem. (I had once an issue in a forum, where I was not able to post without VPN. But when I had activated a VPN I as able to post.)
