I reported an access problem to support weeks ago (ChatGPT flatly won't work on my work network), and they initially replied but then went silent and haven't responded to repeated contact for six weeks now. The issue remains, and is clearly at the ChatGPT end. How do I get a response from support? I get being a bit overwhelmed with demand, but I'm paying for a service I'm not getting and being ignored as well, which frankly isn't good enough.
