Can you go to an old chat you have that used the custom instructions you lost? Then go to the top of the chat where it says what model you selected, and if you had the CI enabled for that chat, it should also have a little "i" icon that shows you the CI settings for that chat!

Heck yeah! Quick tip: if you are on Windows, you can try this:
- Open the "i" box that shows your CI
- Windows key + Shift + S to open Snipping Tool
- Snip the box showing your CI
- Open up the snipped image and find the box "Text actions" at the bottom
This automatically OCRs the text and lets you copy/paste it from there! Though in the time I typed this you've probably already finished your transcription 😉
