When I send a message to chatGPT, it does not appear in the chat room at all, and of course, chatGPT does not respond to me.
It is a state of total unresponsiveness.
This situation has been going on since Thursday, and I am very troubled.
The same thing is happening on both GPT-3.5 and GPT-4.
It also happens with Google Chrome, Micro soft edge and Safari.
Here is how I tried to solve the problem
・I cleared the browser cache and cookies, but no improvement.
・I restarted the browser and computer, but it did not improve.
・Disabled all extensions, but it did not improve.
・I do not use a firewall or VPN.
I was able to use it with the charGPT app, but I usually use it on my computer, so I would like to be able to use it in my browser.
I am having a very hard time. Please help me. Thank you.
