Happens on both of my accounts. Only happens with ChatGPT 3.5. Worked fine last night until this morning. Changing VPN on/off doesn't fix it.

On your VPN, have you tried disabling specifically its Web Protection feature, if you have one? This is separate from disabling the VPN itself.

It's hard to say, other than to say that network configurations at the scale of OpenAI are complex. Different browsers talk to the Internet in different ways, so you can get glitches sometimes when you try to differentiate bad actor traffic from normal user traffic at these massive scales. It's probably nothing you've done wrong yourself, but you may need to try some weird workarounds like this to get it working in the meantime.
