Bug Report:

Steps to reproduce:

Use the website like normal you will find out quickly.

Expected result:

I can use the website with no issues.

Actual result:

1. I cannot download images.
2. Every action I take requires me to refresh the page.
3. The UI just looks like its not working correctly. Some animations are missing and some functions straight up aren't working.

As the last report states, I have done virtually everything to determine whether this is an issue on my side or yours. I have switched devices, internet connections, browsers, and newly installed operating systems with nothing on them. I have also cleared caches, adjusted firewall settings, disabled browser extensions, tested different network configurations, and turned on and off VPNs. I encourage you to check the last report for more information.

No one believes me that this is a server-side bug, but I am 100% sure that it is. I have tried everything to fix it, and before it happened almost 2 weeks ago, it was working fine. Suddenly, it just started happening on all devices, and I didn't change anything.

Still not fixed, the support email left me on silent only ever sent an automated message.

what upsets me is that im paying for premium and if i experience a problem i dont have support. I've thought about canceling my subscription cause the current status that ChatGPT is running for premium users absolutely is trash compared to the last update.
