Hello,

Last Sunday I tried to use ChatGPT. Sent out my prompt and nothing happened: no response nor error messages. Since then I have been occasionally coming back to check and had the same results of no reponse.

I have tried clearing my cache and browsing history, change my browser, use a different type of device and I have no browser extensions.

What steps could I take to resolve the issue?

Does it happen on multiple networks? Can you try turning Wi-Fi off/on on a smartphone, for example?

Wait I think I got it. There was a hidden pop-up message that was not allowing gpt to process prompt
