Bug Report:
Steps to reproduce:
- Log into ChatGPT (I used my personal ChatGPT plus account)
- Submit any prompt text i.e. "write a poem"
Expected result:
ChatGPT will respond i.e. by writing a poem
Actual result:
An error is returned: "Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com
Additional information
Browser: Chrome 118.0
OS: MacOS Ventura
Note: this is impacting all users on our corporate network. Our network uses software that makes all traffic appear to come from the same IP address.
When I use the network tab in Chrome's inspector, I see a 403 Forbidden response.
