Are you using a VPN? If so, try disabling it.
If you're using a VPN, you can also try disabling specifically "Web Protection" in the VPN, separate from the VPN itself.
Otherwise, can you try to switch between Firefox and Chrome/Chromium, or try disabling any browser extensions that might be interfering with ChatGPT?

Hard to say! Chromium browsers like Edge (and maybe Brave too? I'm not sure) work differently than Firefox, so somewhere in their different configurations, along with I'm sure quirks of your network connection, are causing some kind of glitch in Chromium. Hopefully it's resolved soon so you can use the browser you want, glad it works in Firefox in the meantime.

That could be causing your issue. Are there any devices you can test without the VPN to see if your account can access ChatGPT?
