Now that Vision is enabled, the file upload has been replaced with an image upload, which doesn't allow regular files.
This means that while you can ask ChatGPT to describe an image, you can no longer ask it to summarise the contents of a text file, for instance.
Both options should be available, or the upload should not require the upload to be an image.
