HI, I think my account has been hacked. For the past few days when I log into my account via the website, I see that several chats have been made, not by me, and not in English (either Japanese or Chinese). And when i try to create a new chat, it says I have reached my cap and need to use the default model. I have logged out and back in. No luck. I can't find a place to change my password, that might help. Otherwise I feel like I need to cancel my account. Help, what do I do? Who can I reach out to?

Log in on https://chat.openai.com/. I was able to figure out how to reset my password, so I did that and I have not yet noticed any weird chats popping up that are not mine

So, I am still getting these random chats, in another language, appearing in my OpenAI account. Has anyone run into this issue, and how did you fix? I reset my password, but clearly that did not help
