Description of the Issue:
While working in an advanced data analysis (beta) chat, I uploaded several code files for review and assistance. Everything worked as expected initially. However, after some period of inactivity, I received a notification stating, "This advanced data analysis (beta) chat has timed out. You may continue the conversation, but previous files, links, and code blocks below may not work as expected."
Subsequently, when I attempted to upload updated versions of the previously uploaded files (using the same filenames), the assistant reported an issue accessing the content of the updated files.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Start an advanced data analysis (beta) chat and engage in a conversation.
- Upload one or more code files for review.
- Leave the chat idle until a timeout notification appears.
- After receiving the timeout notification, try uploading updated versions of the previously uploaded files using the same filenames.
- Observe whether the assistant can access and display the content of the newly uploaded files.
Expected Behavior:
Even after a timeout notification, the assistant should be able to access, display, and work with the content of newly uploaded files, especially when the files have been updated and re-uploaded using the same filenames.
Actual Behavior:
The assistant seems to have trouble accessing the content of updated files uploaded after the timeout notification, hindering the continuation of the conversation and assistance process.
