Bug Report:
Can't start new conversations or add new messages to existing conversations with ChatGPT 4 in all browsers tested. Workarounds from previous reports do not resolve the issue. This issue completely breaks ChatGPT for my and is thus extremely anoying!

ChatGPT 3.5 works fine. ChatGPT 4 on iOS using the app works fine.

Steps to reproduce:

Log-in to my ChatGPT Plus account.

Press new chat.

Enter opening message.

Press send.

Expected result:

A new conversation is started.

Actual result:

Input field clears, nothing else happens.

Additional information

Browser: Firefox 118.0.2 (64-Bit) (normal and private mode), Safari Version 16.6 (18615.3.12.11.2).
OS: macOS 13.5.1 (22G90)

do you have a vpn installed on pc
did you install non official chatgpt extensions or addon

Can you try edge or chrome in incognito ?

Chrome Version 118.0.5993.96 (Offizieller Build) (arm64) inkognito mode yields the same result.
