#GPT4.0 cannot start a new conversation.

I just purchased the monthly personal plan, but after I clicked the GPT4.0 button, I couldn't start a new conversation. The webpage got stuck without refreshing after I submitted my conversation content.

I cleared the cookies on the web page, but it doesn't seem to have any effect.

To try and help you with a work around:

Several report this worked for them:

  • They went to their account (Clicking their email on the chatGPT web browser page)

They clicked on 'my plan'

They clicked on 'manage my subscription'

That opens a new browser, which they closed.

They refreshed chatGPT window.

They could successfully send GPT-4 messages again.

  • Others reported that didn't help them, but with incognito mode on their chrome browser, they could send GPT-4 messages, but the default mode didn't. If this works for you, that means the issue is probably related to your data stored related to the site, or your extension. Its easy to clear site specific data or disable extensions, try that.

  • One person reported neither of the above helped, but when they tried Safari browser, they could send messages again.
