Can this be fixed please. Again this website is unusable, I'm surprised something this big hasn't been fixed yet. I switched devices, internet connections, browsers, and newly installed OS's and more. I've tried everything. Please fix this.
This actually was an issue a day before I made this report. But I thought it would be fixed the next time I used it. Here we are.
I have a video if you don't mind me sharing if it is ever needed. To clarify this happens on all devices meaning mobile and pc.
Can this please be fixed asap.

by your description of the problem, it seems like a caching or DNS issue
possibly caused by your ISP
How, I'm not using a vpn and I've changed devices to mobiles and many computers
give it a try with a VPN or with a set DNS such as 1.1.1.1

I highly doubt it has something to do with me and 100% positive that its a website issue based off of everything I've tried.

Again, every action I make a white screen appears and I have to refresh the page to see the page. I also cannot download the images. When I click the download button it doesn't do anything.

Whenever you see this loading bar that means I'm refreshing the page. If I don't then it will be a white screen forever. Also I can't click the images. But when I'm in history I can click the images but the download button doesn't do anything. Again I state this at the top "I switched devices, internet connections, browsers, and newly installed OS's and more. I've tried everything."

So are the owners of the website aware of this issue? Still not fixed.
I just tested the app and couldn't reproduce what you show in the video
you might want to try to reinstall it
also did the same on the website in mobile mode, no problems too
it is unclear in your video if you are using the app or the browser
or if it is android, ios.. windows phone...
I'm using the browser what else would I have chosen?

Well I still am to this day. Been happening for weeks on all of my devices.
With desktop and mobile mode on.
All problems for me nothing but them.
I don't care if you can't reproduce it at this point, its already known that this is a very weird bug with the website that is targeting only me for some reason. Could I get an OpenAi higher up to look at this please. I've been trying to use this website for 1 and a half weeks now and have done virtually everything to determine whether its an issue on my side or theres.
Incredibly, it's working for everyone BUT you. I can use labs and download just fine.
Have you tried a different device or WiFi network? If nobody else has this problem it's likely a you problem.
Besides, what is tagging a discord mod 6 times going to do for you? Idk bro, for someone who needs help you don't seem very proactive in getting helped, and you're not exactly speaking with tech support.
As I've stated multiple times, I've done all of that. And also I didn't tag a mod once. I really want this bug to be fixed.

I just tried myself twice, and had no issues on both my laptop and my phone, I've checked on my home WiFi and my mobile data.

I've installed new OS's and changed network connections with nothing on the system installed.
