Has this issue been resolved for you? I'm experiencing the same issue and it's been a couple days now. I've also heard reports of others not having receiving any emails for weeks now. I had previously exported my chat history a few months ago and a few times before that since getting my account and the email link arrived within seconds.

I generated a few Dall-E images when I got access but nothing more than that. I also had uploaded a few images to test vision but only a handful. I've followed all the suggestions on OpenAI's community forum; I've chatted with their chat agent and even received a templated email (which didn't address my issue at all and referred me to the same help page and also mentioned it would take up to a week or longer for a human to respond), I've tried different devices/browsers etc...

I imagine the backend it a nightmare to manage, especially with all the new vision/image features; However, I find it pretty ironic that the company that is the epitome of AI Chatbots isn't applying it to their own user base in the ways they are marketing it's profoundness to other companies.

OpenAI: without folders to manage conversation threads and/or a search feature to find relevant conversation threads...exporting is our only option to manage the vast text data we users are generating for you to train on and turn around and sell back to us. All we want is to download our conversations...
