Hi, I use gpt-4 with my chat gpt plus plan . When I post a new chat I get no response. I use chrome version 118.0.5993.88 on my computer (a Mac). Is there something going wrong ? 😑

Me too, guy. I can use GPT-4 in iOS app, but can't use it in any browser.

A possible work around: Several report this worked for them:

• They went to their account (Clicking their email on the chatGPT web browser page)

They clicked on 'my plan'

They clicked on 'manage my subscription'

That opens a new browser, which they closed.

They refreshed chatGPT window.

They could successfully send GPT-4 messages again.

• Others reported that didn't help them, but with incognito mode on their chrome browser, they could send GPT-4 messages, but the default mode didn't. If this works for you, that means the issue is probably related to your data stored related to the site, or your extension. Its easy to clear site specific data or disable extensions, try that.

• One person reported neither of the above helped, but when they tried Safari browser, they could send messages again.

Several today mentioned that removing their MaxAI browser extension fixed their problem, other extensions might also be worth disabling to check.

after deleting the Experience an early preview of ChatGPT in your language. notice at the top of the page,
i can send a msg and get a reply.
