Chat GPT, without history enabled, is unusable. I use it for work and I have the chat history disabled because I'm not going to submit work content for training data.

Steps to Reproduce
Unknown off hand.

** Expected Result **
Chats that are open, should persist as long as the window is open.

** Actual Result **
Randomly, ChatGPT will wipe the entire chat. Losing you potentially hours of work.

** Additional information **
Browser: Firefox 118.0.2
OS: Windows 10, latest updates.

** Added commentary **
This is something that needs fixed. I pay for two accounts of GPT-4 because it is a value-add. But if I cannot expect my session can even be preserved while I go to the washroom, it turns a benefit into something that can induce rage, having worked on something for several hours only to have it wiped. This can turn the value it adds into a detractor, since I may consider the tool unusable and have to do it myself. So the time it "saved" me now becomes time wasted.

Do not respond saying I need to enable chat history. That would not be acceptable.

Also do not respond saying to sign up for enterprise. I already have and was told they're working through the list, and that they're working to make it available for smaller teams and businesses. That line says that smaller targets aren't a priority at this time.
