When I used the api earlier this year, I was able to accumulate charges as I used the API. Now, it is forcing me to add credit beforehand and then refill when I run out. Is this a change made for everyone, or is there something wrong with my account? I even tried on my other account where I haven't set up a billing plan before and had the same issue. This sucks.
