If you disable history in ChatGPT (safari browser, iPhone app, and possibly others) then the GPT4 "Dropdown" will not offer anymore the other modes (Advanced Analysis, Dalle-E, etc)
As soon you re-enable History, the options are back.
This breaks GDPR guidelines since under no circumstances a user, if opting out of data-processing, should be forced into actually let their data be processed.
"Their" data here might be ambiguous, but, it's what it is.
Giving the benefit of doubt there and supposing "bug", however, given this happens on browser and app, which are two completely different instances, I doubt this is unintentional. And thus, not really ensuring the promotion of safe agi.
I hope this gets addressed soon.
