- Write any prompt in ChatGPT
Expected result:
Receive a response
Actual result:
Error message: Something went wrong. If the issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.

Browser: Any browser
OS: Windows 11
Things tried/checked:
- Private browser (to see if cache was the issue)
- Different browser
- Update browser
- Turn off Firewall
- Whitelist ChatGPT in web filter
- VPN is turned off.
- Enabled TLS 1.1, 1.3 in Internet Options
- Performed Windows updates
- Restarted device
This issue has been going on for weeks, it works fine on any other devices connected to the same network.

Could you advise as to what could be causing this issue?
