Chatgpt creates image of spongebob and his friend .
Actual result:
Chatgpt was not able to generate the images due to content policy .

SpongeBob is owned by someone that's not OpenAI. DALLE can't make images of public figures or characters owned by other companies

It's weird that Bing's DALL-E 3 will happily do that.
