I have been trying to use ChatGPT on my computer all week. I keep receiving an error message. I have tried updating chrome, using a different server, clearing cache and cookies, and login and out of my account, but nothing seems to fix the issue. Can someone please help me resolve this? I do want to mention that my ChatGPT app works on my phone, but I’m working on some business documents on my computer and would rather use ChatGPT there.

do you have NordVPN on your computer? If so disable it's web protection feature and then uninstall it
I do not have nordVPN installed currently….
do you have anything installed, eg AVG or Avast that has a "web protection" feature?
I have a ccleanser browser installed
turn off it's web protection feature, that may be causing the issue
you can also try with a fresh install of Firefox
