No matter what I upload a picture of, or what I ask regarding the picture, ChatGPT waits about 20 seconds and then returns "Hmm.. something seems to have gone wrong" - Doesn't matter if it's app or website, both return this. Was happening yesterday and today, in fact I've to be able to use the feature.

I'm having the same issue! Plus Dall•e has just stopped being able to generate images. Is there a cap on the number of image interactions?
