When the DALL-E 3 image popup overlay is displayed within ChatGPT, the Copy button (red) does not work. Also, saving the image in Chrome browser via "Save Image As..." fails. Both problems seem to be related to the image being displayed as WebP, but the Copy and Save Image As... are marked as PNG. For images downloaded with "Save Image As...", changing the extension to PNG solves the problem. Note: the Download button (green) does work as expected.
