DALL-E 3 has text generation issues

I don't really know how to describe the issue. DALL-E 3 is far better as it can properly generate text, and indeed it is nearly perfect, but the text it generates is always wrong and sometimes a bit weird. Some of the images shown display this issue

Here is the correct text to show:

1. Beginning of period, Increasing nuclear charge
2. Electronegativity, (the bottom part is correct)
3. Ionisation Radius
4. Atomic Radii
5. Atomic Radii
