#ChatGPT not working on Chrome and Edge

Bug Report:
Steps to reproduce:

  1. Entering any prompt at all (complex or simple) while using Chrome and/or Edge
  2. (tried turning off VPN/adblocker, clearing cache, restarting browser...)
  3. (It only works with Firefox)

Expected result:

Prompt response of any sort

Actual result:

Error message (Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.)

Additional information

Browser: Either Chrome or Edge
OS: Windows 10

This is very frustrating as I had uninstalled Firefox and had to reinstall to troubleshoot. As a paying subscriber, I would like to be able to use my preferred browser (Chrome) to use the service. Please look into this issue, as it seems that I'm not the only one coming across this problem.

I’m having the same issue. I’ve used several internet connections yet the issue remains. When I use a VPN it works yet slightly slower. This is only on one of my devices.
