The "support agent" basically told me the solution is to turn on chat history?!? I want chat history off, without it auto-refreshing in the middle of a conversation.

Experiencing same issue. Chat logs refresh too soon, about 1 to 2 minutes into the dialogue. It makes GPT useless for users who wish to keep privacy.

Keep seeing more bug reports popping up about this issue and more people chiming in on the community discussion. Really hope this gets enough traction to get resolved soon!

OpenAI's tech "support" told me the solution was to turn chat history on and closed the ticket. Grrr. Back to chatting with another rep, still waiting for an acknowledgement they are going to keep a ticket / bug report open
