This error message is persisiting I have nto been able to use the pro account this week at all!

I'm unable to prompt too from Google Chrome, any suggestions?
If you're using NordVPN, make sure you turn off the VPN Web Protection. I kept my VPN on and turned that off and now it works!
disabling Web Protection on NordVPN solved my problem too, thanks for the tip @cunning pilot
