I found a way to renew my subscription, I had the same issue. I just had to renew my plan using the android app. Maybe it's due to, in the meantime, I installed the android app

Same problem. I do not have a plus now, cannot use GPT4, and it says plus is my current plan and I cannot click the renew button, as you see.

yes. If you did it the first time trough the app you need to renew trough the app
