#Can't fill in payment info on OpenAI API website.

Bug Report: When selecting my country, it removes my state. When selecting my state, it removes the rest of the address info.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Click on "payment methods" from the billing overview.
  2. Click "add payment method".
  3. Fill out card info as usual.

Expected result:

Preserves the rest of the billing info and allows me to save the card.

Actual result:

Removes the other address information.

Additional information

Browser: Librewolf (tried also on Google Chrome with no extensions and Safari, does the same thing)
OS: Arch Linux x64 (also tried on iOS 16.1.1, still doesn't work)

If any recording of what happens is needed, please let me know.

I just realized that removing the state when you select the country makes sense, although the state removing the other info is still a bug.
