Error in chatgpt 4.0

Use chatgpt4.0 to generate university questions, I use the beta format of attaching the content in txt so that the chat understands and starts generating questions. However, there are days (most days) the system gives an error, where I cannot generate anything, it does not understand the content available and with each error it uses the input (out of 50).

What would I like to understand, because I use two accounts (one business and one personal) and why is one having slow problems and the other flowing like a river current?

The error varies a lot depending on the day, some days it's in one account, some days it's in another, there are days it's in both, it's complicated.
To improve, today I can't upload a file or use chatgpt 4.0, it doesn't correspond to the commands I send to it.
