Do you have any browser extensions installed that could be affecting ChatGPT?

Not on Edge nor Firefox. The issue is something else.
It seems like the issue is happening only when I extend my session for more than a few minutes.
In other words, I can use GPT-4, it answer great when I am disconnecting from wi-fi and reconnecting and having to log in again but I have to do this for every message it's not sustainable

However I am using Zscaler
Because it's a company computer

Hey so I solved it. There is always a message that displays : careful because this site (GPT) is subject to our confidential agreement etc...
So each time, I have to refresh and clic on "ok" and it goes away
