DALL·E currently isn't available in this discord as a discord bot.

You can access DALL·E via the Labs website.

At the moment of writing it isn't available yet, but soon ChatGPT Plus will have it as well.

There is also Bing image creator, which uses a version of DALL·E. Bing chat uses Bing image creator and thus DALL·E to create your pictures.
